Macros QuesTion!!!
so far I have only eaten breakfast. Omelette with 2 eggs and spinach. Water. Mint green tea with honey. For some reason my macros is showing I have eaten 100% carbohydrates for today! Am I not understanding something??!?! Trying to eat more protein and less carbs. I don't get it!

Trying to eat a balanced diet. Burning a lot of calories between circuit training and breastfeeding. The app set up a 1500 cal goal for me based on my goal. How much of that should be carbs, protein and fat?

Starting on a clean slate today. Just for today: 1. Make healthy food choices and stop when I am full. 2. Drink water. 3. Work out because I feel so much better after. 4. Be present for those I love. I can do this. I will do this.
