Just for Today

Starting on a clean slate today.
Just for today:
1. Make healthy food choices and stop when I am full.
2. Drink water.
3. Work out because I feel so much better after.
4. Be present for those I love.

I can do this. I will do this.

    I absolutely love this! I am using today as my turning point back to making healthier choices. Thank you for this post. It is great to have the same goal as someone else

    Just for today:
    1-Forget about overeating this weekend and the 1.2 pound jump in the scale since Friday. I enjoyed time with my Father for Fathers Day.
    2-Get in my run even though my running buddy can't make it and it's hot out.
    3-Plan and pack my meals for tomorrow.
    4-Go to bed by 10pm.
