2lbs in 3 weeks. I'LL TAKE IT!
The first time in many many months that the scale has moved downward so even though it's only 2 lbs it feels like a solid two lbs! One happy fit pal here.

Bad day BUT I still logged it all down!
i tried to avoid logging it all down but here it is the end of the day and once I started I did it all. Although I can't turn the day back it definitely gives me incentive to get back on the right track tomorrow!

Hello just turned 51
hello just celebrated a birthday. Struggling to lose weight. My metabolism is off and my energy is low. Very hard because I've always been active. Trying this app in hopes of finding motivation through others going through the dreaded 50's!
