What I'd like to call knick-knacks? I log my full meals and full snacks, however I found myself slipping on the "knick-knacks". Yesterday I took 2 grapes off of the vine and a sip of milk (2%) and didn't log it. I even eat sticks of gum (5 calories each) twice a day and don't log it. I just don't see the need to do all of…

The difference between BMR and TDEE?
My BMR is around 2100 and my TDEE is about 2500. Forgive me for sounding slow, but what is the difference between the two? Based on these numbers, how many calories should I eat daily? A little iffy about putting my stats on here, but I'm hoping these numbers help. :)

Where is the first place you notice your weight loss?
For me, it's generally all over, but I've noticed a significant loss around my mid-section. Pants that usually fit snugly are dropping and drooping from around my waist.
