Nobody to talk to
I started again here about two weeks ago and so far I'm sticking with my plan but I feel very alone in it because nobody else in my house is fat or needs to diet and they are very bored by my constant weight issues. I wish I had someone to talk to. I lost 8 pounds and there is nobody who cares... I know I'm doing it for me…

Feeling so much better!
Just in my second week now of logging and trying to eat healthy, and no junk food binges, and I feel great!!! More energy and fewer aches and pains....the first two days were awful but hang in there it gets better!!

Almost two weeks
still going strong. I have high blood pressure and I'm hoping losing my spare 50 pounds will help. I'd love some new friends, especially ones that also need to manage their salt intake!

Need to eat it all?
Hello, I've been tracking for a little over a week, and MFP recommended 1400 calories per day but a lot of days I have trouble getting to that.... I'm trying not to eat if I'm not hungry. Should I try to eat something anyway? Generally I end up between 1000 and 1200. My problem is more unhealthy snacking than big appetite…
