Just recently started rock climbing/bouldering. Anyone have any good workouts to go along with the sport? Maybe increase some flexibility while I'm at it??

Back at this getting fit stuff again! I'm not going to lie I took a good amount of time off, but now I'm ready to hit this thing full force. Love the motivation and accountability from this app and the people on here and love given it back!
