I am currently training for a half marathon but also enjoy lifting and would like to do both alongside each other. How do you guys balance this? I'd love to see your schedules.

Gym after work
I work until 330am and an 8 hour shift, do you guys think i need to sleep before working out? Or is it healthy/unhealthy to workout after work? I seem to get really lazy when i sleep before working out.
