Having a hard time reaching 3,500 mg of potassium a day. I know I can take a supplement but I'd rather at least try to get potassium from whole foods. (I also, don't eat any dairy, meats, or eggs). What foods do y'all eat to reach your potassium goal?
I know how I gained weight, but I'm confused on how I've changed my diet and I'm still not losing weight. I changed my diet when I reached 145 pounds, I was eating pretty unhealthy; fast food pre-made food and all. Now I eat a mostly vegetarian diet, fruits and vegetables everyday.
