Hi! I'm 140 lbs, 5'5, female. I'm doing Jillian Michaels Level 1 30 Day Shred with 5lb hand weights but I don't know how to calculate and log calories burned. Does anyone know how many calories are burned doing this DVD? Thanks so much! :)
Hi there! I've just started an at home workout routine from Shredz. I'm currently easing into it, by using my own body weight instead or hand weights. How do I log this information under Strength if I'm not using weights? I know I'm burning calories, but unless I log weight, it shows no calories burned. Help! Thank you!
