How to log a workout in My Fitness Pal

Hi there!
I've just started an at home workout routine from Shredz. I'm currently easing into it, by using my own body weight instead or hand weights.
How do I log this information under Strength if I'm not using weights? I know I'm burning calories, but unless I log weight, it shows no calories burned. Help!

You could log it under "calisthenics" or one of the "aerobics" activity options.0
