Hi all. Would anybody like to add me. The reason for this is I'm wanting to compare the sort of foods I'm currently eating on my daily dairy and looking for advice on what adjustments to make to keep my calorie intake down.

hi all, Trying to get back on track with my fitness. I've not worked out or eaten carefully for 3 months now and my waist line proves this unfortunately!! Looking forward to getting back to basics and losing this excess weight. It'd be great to get some support and motivation from fellow fitness pal users
