Hi all. Would anybody like to add me. The reason for this is I'm wanting to compare the sort of foods I'm currently eating on my daily dairy and looking for advice on what adjustments to make to keep my calorie intake down.

    Any details about how (generally) you currently eat, or wish to eat, such as: Mostly eat fast food or eat out vs. mostly cook from scratch vs. mostly eat packaged food from grocery store vs. whole foods, etc? Yours is a pretty hard inquiry to respond to - it's so broad. If you want to look at mostly whole foods, cook from scratch, ovo-lacto vegetarian, I've got that, but it's a fairly specific niche that isn't for everyone!

    I eat a lot (1600-1700) and burn a lot (2500+), but I mostly eat ordinary whole foods and a bit of lightly processed stuff (pasta, lentils). Would this be useful? Everyone's eating plan tends to be quite different.
