Not feeling healthy
I’ve been doing keto since early July. I lost 20 the first month and nothing since then. I know I’m in ketosis, that’s not the problem. I’m suddenly feeling like I can’t cope with so much fat. Bruising and multivitamins
I’ve noticed unusual bruising, mostly on my legs. I’m fairly certain this is due to one kind of vitamin deficiency. My macros are set at 5% carbs, 20% protein, 75% fats. I’ve been keto 8 weeks. Any advice? On the positive side, no migraines since I’ve been keto.
