Exercise burn and remaining cal
Hi y'all! I have another 450 cal to eat for the day to stay within 1000 cal of my tdee. And that is on top of my supper and another snack. What should I eat to get all those cal eaten in a healthy way? I'm finding it hard to eat so much. I know that sounds crazy. Your welcome to look at my food log/diary. Thanks!

Hi I'm supposed to eat around 1450 Cals. But hitting around 1350. With exercise my cal burn is around 4000 -4500. Am I supposed to eat back my exercise cal.
