Exercise burn and remaining cal

Hi y'all! I have another 450 cal to eat for the day to stay within 1000 cal of my tdee. And that is on top of my supper and another snack. What should I eat to get all those cal eaten in a healthy way? I'm finding it hard to eat so much. I know that sounds crazy. Your welcome to look at my food log/diary. Thanks!

    Ice cream. The answer is always Ice cream.

    Also acceptable: Oreos or peanut butter.

    Lol thanks! But that wasn't the direction I was going. A couple of Tbsp of almond butter is a start though I think.
  • I usually try and recommend drinking your calories if not hungry to eat them. Glass of milk does the trick. Orange juice. Adds fast! :)

    Thanks, I read somewhere chocolate milk believe it or not. So I made a smoothie with almond butter and protein mix. Problem is it's a lot of Cals. Late in the day. And I still have supper to eat. Oh well. I'm still working on getting this all worked out. Thanks again.
