Do you have a glass of wine or drink daily while in weight loss mode? Does it slow down/sabotage the weight loss in any way? This of course assumes it is tracked along with everything else and still falls in your daily allotment...

OK, I am a 52 YO Male, Fit, run and/or walk almost every day and lift ~2-3 days a week. I have always been somewhat of a gym rat so lifting/working out is a hobby/passion. Splitting hairs...
OK, I know this is splitting hairs and probably at the end of the day makes no difference at all, but.... Let's assume you get up in the middle of the night (1:00AM) and eat, where would you put those calories etc. The day/night before or the "new" day you are heading into? Thanks.
