Heavier weights or more reps?
I really enjoy Body Pump but I’m finding it difficult to fit in classes. I wondered if anyone could advise on whether it’s better to stick with lower weights/more reps or fewer reps but heavier weights. I’m debating wandering in to the free weights section in my local gym! Thanks.

Anyone else just starting C210K?
I did my first run tonight and it was actually really enjoyable! I wasn’t sure how I’d get on - had my second baby a few months ago & haven’t exercised in a while - so I was pleasantly surprised. I know it’s only run 1 & it’s going to get much tougher soon but I’m feeling positive & motivated!

Lack of Motivation Without Group Exercise Classes
I'm in Scotland and our gyms are still closed here. I had a baby by c-section in December and was ready to rejoin the gym when things started to lockdown here. I know I can work out whenever I want and have access to endless free Youtube HIIT resources etc. but I just really miss group exercise classes. I used to love…
