Today I decided to walk rather than take the car and then did an express body pump workout.

I have a Fitbit charge 2 but I’m not really fussed about tracking steps and don’t like that I can’t wear all my nice watches so I decided to buy a Polar Verity Sense which is just an arm band that syncs to a phone app. I’ve heard good things about it so fingers crossed it works out.

I'm in the same situation as you guys too! I lost weight after my 8 month old was born and then put it back on in the months following her birth. I did the same with my 4 year old and never really lost it so feel doubly big at the moment!

I knit too and feel the same way! I've come across so many dodgy lockers. It was probably the locker and not you. Maybe you could ask for some help next time and I'm absolutely certain that you're not the only one to have had difficulty. They can be quite tricky sometimes.

I'm trying to lose my baby weight too. I only have one child and plan on having another fairly soon but I want to get back to my pre-baby weight first. I used to be pretty active so I'm trying to get back to the gym too. It's so much harder now though! :neutral:
