I have 80×3 to lose, we can do it, I'd be happy to lose 80×2 though, or 8 this month. Either way, you can do this.0

I have committed to using this app with conviction since September 15, 2017. After weighing in at 225.6lbs, I have decided that my goal is to comfortably establish a weight at 175lbs.
My reasons are simple. Firstly, I played junior level ice hockey at this weight and it was much easier to move around. And Secondly, my health has deteriorated: hyperlordosis, bilateral plantars fasciitis, perpetual knee strain, increased asthma flair ups, and poor sleep. I feel that the weight loss is the solution.
Someone else on here mentioned that, 'good eating habits are 90% of the battle/work' and I couldn't agree more! In an effort for me to focus on lifestyle, my weigh-ins are two months apart. I have also switched to whole foods, eating regularly, and have set my net calories to at least a 500 calorie deficit. If anything about the start of my journey supports yours then awesome! Either way, I believe in your ongoing efforts!~0
