Training abs 2 weeks before holiday?
Am I wasting my time doing my abs when cutting? My assumptions are that its highly unlikely I can improve my abs in 3 weeks, but reducing body fat would help to reveal them? Therefore am I best to do cardio to improve my abs rather than ab workouts? Or is a combination the best method? Any suggestions would help thanks.

ABS when cutting.
Is it possible to build/improve my abs whilst cutting? I know I can cut the fat from my stomach with the correct diet and training... but wouldn't I be better to do cardio to remove the fat, rather than trying to actually build muscles? Is 20mins HIIT training enough?
Tonight I plan on going on the bike (in the gym). Following 'lean in 15' apparently 20 mins is enough. I plan to go flat out for 20 seconds then 40 seconds light pedalling. X 20 = 20 mins? After this I plan to train my biceps and triceps. Any thoughts?

Cyclone / all in one's...
What do you all think of cyclone? A little overpriced but in my opinion very good. Contains creatine & BCAA's as well as protein and carbs. A good all in one if a deal can be done on it I think! Probably cheaper than buying creatine & BCAA's seperately... + less hassle. Anyone got any similar alternatives to this?
