Hi all, Came off creatine last week, to see if it would lean me out a little. Just think it’s made me look flatter. If I was to take 20g a day, now until Friday, would I see the increased size back in my arms etc? Not worried about performance this time around. Any help would be great.

Hi all, I stopped taking creatine a few weeks back to see if it would help me look leaner. It hasn't and I've noticed I've lost some size (water). I want to put that back on! Myprotein fat binding capsules!!
Has anyone used the Myprotein fat binding capsules? They are supposed to prevent some gastric absorption of fat - Reviews look good! The fat in my diet is pretty low anyway, (40g a day roughly). I'm guessing these could work if I was to snack on something like nuts.

Once fully saturated with creatine, will the supplement cause my weight to fluctuate or not? I know weight changes when starting to load and will drop when creatine stops, but if I was to take 5-10g per day, would this cause any change of weight other than the initial weight/water gain?
