Going on holiday in 10 days… any final tips?
Currently around 9/10% BF.
Anything I should cut out completely? I.e. sugar? Drop carbs below 100g? Stop creatine?
Will 30 mins of cardio for the next 7/8 days make a noticeable difference if eating in a deficit?

Slowly transition back to your maintenance calories over the 10 days with moderate amounts of alcohol and fat if you have cut back on those especially (if you intend to drink during your time away and eat greasy food.)
You might look a bit softer than you would hope but it may stop you falling face first into the gutter after your first drink or laid up in bed with stomach cramps after your first plate of chips.1 -

This. It's hard to give helpful tips when we don't know what the question or concern is...
The idea is just to look as lean as possible. I’m talking about cutting carbs and that before I get on holiday.

The idea is just to look as lean as possible. I’m talking about cutting carbs and that before I get on holiday.
If you are 9% though then you should look lean anyway, unless you are fatter than you think. Look at water manipulation if you really want to get that dry look but cutting carbs will just make you look flat and small.2 -

Cheers mate. i do look lean, but i've decided i'm just going to continue doing what I've been doing for the last few months as it's worked well. I'll keep carbs, don't want to look flat!0 -

Making further restrictions before holiday sounds like a sure fire way to not enjoy your holiday...
