Any issues with taking the following supplementation? This is what I currently take.

7:00am (With Breakfast)
3 x BCAA tablets
2 x CLA tablets

1pm (With Lunch)
2 x CLA tablets

5:30pm (With Dinner)
2 x CLA tablets

6:00pm (Pre-workout)
5g Creatine powder

6:30pm (Whilst working out)
5g BCAA powder

8:00pm (Post workout)
ON Whey Shake
Banana
5g Creatine Powder
3 x BCAA tablets

Any recommendations or advice would be great.

I can't see the point in taking BCAA when fed (although there are instances where taking fasted is useful) if you are getting protein in with those meals.

I can't see the point of taking CLA at all.

That's way more creatine than you need. 5g a day is sufficient.

Some people have a theory about front loading creatine for the first 2 to 3 weeks. But I don't think it's necessary.

And as stated, BCAA overload. More isn't always better.

I agree with the other posters. I would drop all the BCAA's unless your training fasted, CLA has been shown to be ineffective so I'd drop that too. I only take 2g of creatine in HCL form before and after training.

I find examine.com a good place to check out the need / benefit of supplements. Worth a look, they aren't impressed with CLA to put it mildly!

Without knowing your overall protein intake can't comment on your BCAA and protein supplementation but share the doubts about BCAA already mentioned.
