I'm trying to reduce my body fat within the next 4 weeks for a holiday.
Currently weighing 68kg, 5ft 8 and roughly 10-11% body fat.
My carbs have been limited to about 120g a day.
Protein anything between 180g and 220g.
Fats making up the rest.
Also going to start some circuit training as of this morning!
Any tips or thoughts would be great.

Too low for what?
To lose weight (=body fat), you need a consistent calorie deficit. A good calorie goal and sticking to it is what gives you a consistent calorie deficit.
I think your carbs limit looks okay.
I think your protein goal looks excessive.0 -

Thanks for your replies!
I meant are my carbs too low for energy in the gym?
I train in the evening after work and try to eat most of my carbs in the afternoon before my workout!
I understand the calorie deficit.0 -

Sometimes I feel weak, but wasn't sure if it was due to low calories rather than low carbs.
I workout in the evening after work, around 6pm. By this point on my usual diet I've consumed about 1000 calories and about 90g carbs.0 -

There's no reason why you couldn't eat that much food before your training in a deficit. That said, losing fat as you get leaner is more challenging and it's probable that you'll have days you feel rubbish. If it's what you want to do, then youve got to suck it up and push through - a spoon of cement added to your diet is sometimes necessary1
