Monster Energy Pre-workout?

As the title suggests... any good?
I'm sure I tried it years back and it worked well!
I wouldn't do it all the time, just every now and then when I'm feeling low on energy or leg day!
Please post your thoughts!

Of course, we know energy drinks aren't the best. However, I will take a sip or 2 of 5-hour energy shot every now and then when I'm feeling low on energy. Like you, it's not every day nor every week. (have you seen the prices on those pre-workout powders?!)1

No clue. I use a pre-workout. I think it's called c-4. It was buy 1 get 1 on sale when I bought it. It definitely helps with my working out.0

I drink the white cans of Monster Zero Ultra every once in a while before a workout because it has caffeine and I like them. Coffee, preworkout, caffeine pills, etc, will all do the same thing for you.1

I'm not big fan of energy drinks, but I would definitely recommend drinking cup of black coffee approximately 30 min before your workout.0

there were some lawsuits a few years back suing monster and a few of the other big brand energy drinks for health complications when using them pre-workout. there were a few people who had heart attacks i think. i don't know if there was direct causation, but it may be worth doing more extensive research.
i have cold brew coffee before workouts in the afternoon sometimes so i'm not anti-caffeine boost.1 -
I use advocare arginine extreme or advocare spark! I love that they don't make me jittery and it's 3rd party tested. Meaning, it is what Advocare says it is. If you want more information send me a message! It's awesome!1
