Been ill, lost weight & SIZE

So for 2 weeks I was very slack in the gym and only went once both weeks. The following week I had food posioning (ecoli) and dropped 12 pounds in less than a week. So I've barely been in a to the gym in month.

It's very noticeable that I've lost some size. I was cutting anyway, but clearly I've lost a lot of muscle.

In 10 weeks time I go on holiday and want to be looking lean but not small, so I'm kinda unsure on how to eat? I guess I could just cut and hope to maintain the size I have left.

I guess another option is to eat at maintenance for a week and train extra hard & see what happens?

Any help would be cool!

    You have not lost as much muscle as you think. You are dehydrated/have low glycogen stores. If you are only now back to being well, I'd eat at maintenance for a bit, just for the sake of recovery.
