I DID IT!!! 50 lbs lost, reached my goal!
I am SO ecstatic! As of today, I reached my goal! I've lost 50 lbs!!! *happy dance* I started at 180.4 and now I'm down to 130.4. I'd like to lose another 5-10 lbs but 50 lbs was THE goal that I set for myself when I joined MFP and I'm so proud of myself for accomplishing this!

Small victory!
I'm so excited! I went to visit one of my super fit and healthy friends this weekend in Colorado. What am I doing wrong?
Hey all! I'm relatively new to MFP -- been here for a little over 3 weeks. I've lost 7 lbs and I know that's great but I'm kind of discouraged this week.
