Post half-marathon hunger

I ran my first half-marathon on Saturday and I AM SO HUNGRY. It's ridiculous!!!! All I want to do is eat.

    i ran my first half-marathon last week and i was extra hunger for the next three days. :) the feeling passes, but i say spread out the extra calories you burned.

    I think I'm just really afraid of gaining back weight that I have worked so hard to lose. I seriously have not felt this hungry in months.

    When I finished my first (and so far only) half, all I could think of was chicken pad thai. Best meal ever, on that day.
