Getting through the Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness?
General question and this is geared more toward those who lift weights - What remedies/methods do you use to get through the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) after lifting weights? I am looking for more than just the typical response of take some ibuprofen, rub on some muscle rub and ride it out.

Finding ways to get my @$$ out from behind a desk
I know there has to be people out there working a desk job 9-5 like me. I need to find ways to get my @$$ out from behind my desk throughout the day. An app to remind me, or ideas from other people on how to just get up and walk away. The more times throughout the day the better.
