So, I am "Training to be a Jedi" and I am curious to see what others think should be part of a Jedi's Training Regime. Right now, I am working on building strength, and endurance by doing weight lifting and running/walking on the treadmill. The weather (where I live) is getting much cooler. There are numerous hiking trails, so visions of running through Dagobah run through my head.
I've thought about hand stands

but...I am definitely not quite strong enough for that.
Meditation...
and I've also thought about learning martial arts and sword fighting, around the beginning of the year.

You might want to consider Tai Chi - good combination of the flowing form of movement, with the meditation-like link. It seems appropriate.0
