The day after a binge
Question for those of you who are prone to bingeing. I would say 95% of the time I eat strictly my maintenance calories, but when I go over, I lose all control and binge. Roast Chicken Drippings?
I'm roasting a chicken and some vegetables today and obviously some chicken fat/drippings will be getting into my vegetables, which is what I want but I don't know exactly how I should log that? Does anybody else have experience with this? Thank you!

Bacon fat
I was building a recipe for quiche earlier this morning and without thinking, tossed the veggies into the pan with the bacon fat. Anyone know how much bacon fat two slices of bacon would render? The brand of bacon was Applegate uncured Sunday bacon, not a center cut, if that's helpful.

Lose 2lbs or 1lb per week?
I've been using MFP since October and have always had it set to lose 2lbs/week. I have seen a lot of users recommending people set it to 1lb/week unless they have a lot to lose.
