Bacon fat

I was building a recipe for quiche earlier this morning and without thinking, tossed the veggies into the pan with the bacon fat. Anyone know how much bacon fat two slices of bacon would render? The brand of bacon was Applegate uncured Sunday bacon, not a center cut, if that's helpful.

It's too highly variable. I have a small measuring glass that is marked in tsp, tbsp, and ml that I could use for such things. In the absence of measuring it, I'd log it as a tbsp or so, or just log the raw weight of the bacon vs. the cooked.

Did you log the raw bacon? It should already account for the bacon grease I would think.

Sometimes yes, and sometimes no. Labels that show "cooked weight" appear to assume that excess fat will be discarded. The best labels I have seen show both, but they're not very common.

I weighed and logged the cooked bacon since the package says pan-fried slices.
Thanks for your help everyone, I ended up just logging 1.5 Tbsp bacon grease.

But if you weigh it raw, you can just use this: https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/2597?manu=&fgcd=
