Thanks for your help everyone. These are full-on, legitimate binges, usually as much as 3,000 calories over. So far I've been able to get back to my weight pretty quickly by dropping my calories for a few days after, but I'm wondering if the restricting is part of the problem. Thanks again for your suggestions.

Thanks, that's a great idea. I do track while binging though I'm not sure how accurately. I'm definitely not weighing my food in the middle of one, but probably well enough to figure out how much I could go up. Thanks!

Thank you, I also definitely tend to lose control after being overly strict with myself, though I feel good while I'm being more precise so it's hard to find a happy medium for me. I did see that you can log chicken fat/drippings, and that's what I'll probably do. I'm thinking a tablespoon would probably be enough since a lot of the renderings will be water and not fat?

It's a whole chicken, so I didn't weigh it thinking I would just weigh what I put on my plate so I wouldn't have to worry about the bones.

Thanks for your replies. I think I'll just stick to what I've been doing for now and switch it up if I start to get frustrated/it gets too difficult.
