No pain No gain, but where do I draw the line?
When do I stop resistance to pain for example during a plank hold? How long do I keep the hold until my body starts shaking etc.? Is it better to work with my mind and tell myself to stay strong for as long as I can endure the pain in building my muscles?

Sodium intake!
My personal trainer has noticed that my sodium intake is high. I also just noticed myself. Besides staying away from processed foods where else could be the reason why it's high. Also, is sodium related to loosing weight or is it more of a health issue?

I've been using this app for 2 days and found out tonight that I still had another 1,000 calories left over, but I ate well and didn't even have to snack. Losing weight at 49 yo.
Hi Guys, I've started a life change on Sept 1st, and joined a local gym. I workout 5x per week. I have also started to track my calories on My Fitness Pal ,so I'm very new at this. GOOD Luck to everyone ) John
