Enough Calorie Intake?

I've been using this app for 2 days and found out tonight that I still had another 1,000 calories left over, but I ate well and didn't even have to snack.
I'm 49, work out at the gym 5x per week and,weigh now 214 lbs, 5'11.
Any suggestions would be helpful because I know that you still have to eat healthy while on a exercise plan.

    its easy at first give it a week you will more then likely eat all of them daily on avg
