Losing weight at 49 yo.

Hi Guys,
I've started a life change on Sept 1st, and joined a local gym. I workout 5x per week. I have also started to track my calories on My Fitness Pal ,so I'm very new at this. GOOD Luck to everyone )

    The day you start is a great day. You are doing it right so the weight you lose will stay off.
