I am Thinking of buying a Recumbant bike and looking at them on eBay. Is a Schwinn 230 a good model?

What is considered low weight in low weight / high reps ?
I use a bow flex machine at home and was wondering what is considered low weight ? I do 30 reps twice with weight ranges from 55 for chest fly and shoulder raise to 115 for lat rows. This is for each arm.

Does a weight workout have to be all at once?
With the warmer months now I walk an hour and I half to 2 and a half hours at least 5 times a week. I bought a bow flex ultimate 2 to excercise with in the colder months The question is..... Calorie adjustments for exercise?
The only exercise I do is walk but was wondering about calorie adjustments made. I use my I Phone to count my steps. When I use that map my walk ap it adjusts my calorie count in MFP after I go for a walk. When I don't go for a walk my exercise calories are also adjusted on MFP with the steps I so through out the day. Here…

Ceramic coated cookware?
Has anyone used any ceramic coated cookware? I'm looking good for a frying pan that I can fry my potatoes and eggs without out adding oil or bacon grease. Without either oil or grease they still stick to a non stick pan

What should be my final weight goal?
I'm not exactly sure what my final weight should be? I started at 295. My last lowest on Sunday was 221. I am 5' 5" tall and a mana do 51 years old. Barcode scan
I baked some brownies. I scanned the barcode to get the calorie count. It said a serving was .1 package which would be 10 servings for the whole pan of brownies. The box itself said a serving was 1/20th of the package. Which serving size should I use?

I finally broke down and bought a food scale
But I am not exactly sure how I am supposed to use it. Do I weigh everything before it is cooked? I want to have a thick cut pork chop for supper, do I weigh it with the bone and log all the weight? I am cooking for more than 1 person most of the time so that brings the question of weighing before or after cooking.

Saving calories for other days?
I see in some posts that people post that they eat less on days before a known over indulging day. Is it possible to save calories for later days? In my thinking the calories that didn't get consumed would be gone and you start over the next day.

I joined MFP a couple months ago to help me lose weight. I have been keeping track of my food and have lost between 25 and 30 pounds with at least another 70 to go.
