I would love to learn to choose more better healthy snacks and food that taste good
I have been trying to eat clean as of late. I have been eating right for the most part for 19 days and counting. Plus I am a lot more active with working out walking, boxing, bike riding. But I do have acid reflux so some protein shakes seem to bother my acid reflux. So I thought this group would be of benefit for me…
