Weighing Frozen foods. Plz help!
Stupid question. Im sure I'm over thinking it... but. I have frozen cheese tortellini. The serving size is 1 cup 127g... is this frozen or cooked. Obviously the pasta is heavier after cooking. Total Cals vs Net Cals?
Hello. I have a question. Instead of a daily calorie goal I'm trying to meet a weekly goal (calorie banking). My diary shows that I and OVER my TOTAL calorie goal but UNDER my net goal by a couple thousand calories. Have you had results by being under your net goal but above your total goal? I've noticed my protein intake is really low. If I increase my intake this will help me to lose less muscle as I lose weight correct? Also other than meat fish what is your go to protein source?
