Congrats on your baby!! Have you sought help for the ppd? Do you believe you have Depression bc you are down about your body? You JUST had a baby be kind to yourself .. and take your body goals one day at a time.

I didn't have the time to read through all the replies but. You must log and stay under or at your calorie goal. This may not be the best advice but try buying prepackaged healthier foods so cooking isn't a big obstacle. So sorry for your loss! I don't even want to imagine the pain you've endured. I had postpartum depression and anxiety. I've added Wellbutrin to the Zoloft I was taking and my dr. Said they actually use Wellbutrin to aid in weight loss. Probably doesn't help much ....Just FYI

I think you meant frozen! Thanks. That label is totally different than mine but SO much more helpful. Thanks! What makes it difficult is I have to cook my food separately from everyone else's even though we are eating the same thing bc it has to be weighed BEFORE cooking. Oh well. Thanks again :)

So my issue is that I can wait to eat until 12-1pm no problem. But I can't/don't want to eat all my calories within the 8hrs and my eating window is extended ... will I get any real benefit from IF?

Tuesday (day 2) didn't go as planned. I ended up eating at 1130-12am instead of 1-2. But I within my calorie goal. Today I'm shooting for 16/8

Day one complete! I fasted for 14 hrs. Tomorrow I will shoot for 16/8. I felt energized and not hungry at all but I "wanted" to eat anyway bc food is good

I'm 5'4" 133lbs and at express I'm a size 4. And I so agree with what was said about same pants different fit. I bought a dark denim and black pair of pants. Same name and size but the black one were very loose! And nowadays many retailers are using "vanity sizing"

Could it be that you arent depressed anymore and have your appetite back? When I was depressed I never thought of eating but once I started medication I was happy and eating again? Just a thought? :)

Thanks a ton! Yes I do eat eggs and I'll be buying some Greek yogurt. I also have plant based protein powders. I'm not vegetarian so you'd think protein wouldn't be a big issue.
