Running on a trampoline
I wasn't able to get out for a run today, so did the time on my on my trampoline instead. Built up quite a sweat, put in lots of arm movement too. Do I log this as trampoline exercise or indoor running on a treadmill?

What to do with my phone whilst running?!
I'm five weeks in, and did have it in a pocket of a waterproof, but now it's warming up and I'm in a t shirt I'm not sure what to do (my jogging bottoms don't have pockets). Do the arm band things really work (my phone is quite big)? I would appreciate knowing how everyone else manages, thank you!
