The struggle of low card low fat
So i started a cut and for a week I was doing great on low fat low carb meals but now I'm bored of them and find myself not eating much at all anymore. Is there any way to avoid the Plateau of this diet?

Lost my way
I've been on a healthy streak for about a year but have going down in nutrition. Don't get me wrong. Ive been eating healthy snacks. But that's just it. It's just snacks. Grapes, granola, cereal, etc. I don't eat any meals. Now part of that is my job but that shouldn't be an excuse right? I still run a lot and my mile run…
