Hey MFP community. So I've lost the weight. Finally stuck to a plan and got to my goal. Now I want to tone up and get some nice muscles built. Anybody else out there wanting to build?

Hey! I also plan on focusing on building muscle mass once I reach my goal of 195 lbs. I've used weight training and changing my diet to burn fat so I guess I've already started ha.0
