Question peeps: Is it better to go gym or workout and NOT count the calories burned and mark it as "1 calories burnt doing 1hr of gym" so it's not a temptation to eat back some of my calories that has been burnt or just continue marking down the calories burned as in 1,000 calories burned in 60 of treadmill etc??
