I came back, doctor's orders. My first week of calorie counting and back to the gym. I need to lose weight and eat better because of my diabetes. 1500-calorie a-day diet which is not that easy to maintain. Slow moderate exercise. I have to cut out all food before bedtime. I will be 70 this year. Let's see how I progress.
I started my diet 6 weeks ago. I lost 15 lbs and lowered my a1c from 10 to 7. Progress is a great incentive to keep going.
