Vegan Friends Wanted!
Hey I'm Megan and I've been a vegetarian for a year and a half! I started transitioning to a vegan lifestyle in August 2015 but it's been hard! I've cut milk out and eggs completely however the cheese is the hardest for me! Looking for vegan friends to keep me accountable and motivated so feel free to add me!!! :)

Macro Counting!?
I need tips and suggestions when it comes to finding macros that's gonna give results. I really want to build muscle and lose fat but I have no clue what my macros should be. I was 80/10/10 and that was ok but i got stuck with my weight so I switched it up now i feel as if i'm gaing weight. Any suggestions would be nice.

Need a little motivation
I feel super discouraged I've been weight lifting, doing cardio, and eating good however I feel like i am seeing no results. I feel like giving up but I can't cause I know I want it SO BAD! Idk I need motivation. What are some things you guys do to keep you on track and from feeling this way??

Soreness!
I am so sore from weight lifting so much yesterday like I can't even move my whole body without being in pain i hear soreness is cause your muscles are "torn" and you should rest them however I really think I should go to the gym. What is the smartest decision here??

Hi is there anyone on here who follows 80/10/10 veganism that can give me tips on how to hit my macros cause I'm finding that the fats are slightly high and my carbs and protein and low even on the days when my fats are low... Any tips??
