I'm vegetarian and when checking my nutrition I'm often over my carb limits let alone fibre. I'm personally happy with my protein intake. Any ideas how to reduce my carbs as a lot of my protein is from pulses.
Had a bit of a break from mfp. Quite a few upheavals back home so dieting took a back seat. I'm back and would like to add a few friends to help me along.
