Hi im Jani.getting back on the fitness eating again,its so easy to slide an then overnight the wieght seems to have come back..so anyone fancy getting tgether for inspiration and stop the munchies with motivation.
i have never done calories before i did wieght watchers,if you dont consume your calories for thr day or have deficit calories can you carry them forward,or if having a night out save some to accumalate on a daily basis,TIA
