Active? Sedentary?
I do at least 30 mins of cardio fat burner on the treadmill a day, sometimes upto an hour. But the rest of the time I'm a slug and don't move much. What am I?

Counting every little thing as exercise?
I noticed the other day that someone was counting standing under calories burned. 193 calories burned for 120 minutes of standing specifically. Does anyone else do this?

Pickle Chicken
Leftover dill pickle juice makes a fantastic soak for chicken and doesn't add calories or fat while giving a great boost of flavor. I soak the meat overnight and then cook as normal. Just thought I'd share since I know some of you, like me, are looking for ways to get a different taste into chicken.

How accurate do you think the calories burned readout is on gym equipment?
Basically just what the title says. I don't want to be over adding calories if, in fact, the machine has lost its mind.

More than 1 workout a day?
If I get in a workout in the morning but I feel up to it, should I do another in the evening or is that pushing it? I am in no way in shape and don't want to risk an injury. It just seems to me I should as much as I possibly can?

Excersize calories
I am a bit confused. Should I be replacing the calories burned during excersize in my total daily goal or not if I want to lose weight?
