I'm realizing that most of my calories and hunger are in the mornings, so I'm making some good, breakfast to-go snacks. Healthy muffins, make-ahead eggs and oatmeal-in-a-jar.
I'm struggling to stay present and not fall back on excuses. But, I've had some physical stuff that really has made me put things on hold (stomach bug, migraines). I don't want to use those as "excuses" yet at the same time, I'm trying to listen to my body and those are usually things that mean "slow down, take a break."…
